There is a freakin' slug making it's way across the laundry room floor. What the!?!? How'd it get in here??

I was inspecting the floors this morning and admiring the lousy job of the laundry room. The wall is sitting on top of the MDF underlayment, the hole for the dryer vent and waste water outlet is terrible, outlets and wiring lacks any sort of professional touch.
